What is TNT?

TNT@TNU is an event that brings together over 2,000 Nazarene youth and their church sponsors for competitive events that showcase their talents on Trevecca Nazarene University’s campus in the heart of Nashville, TN.

Why Participate?

Top Nazarene Talent is more than just a competition—it is a way for students to develop, channel, and use their God-given talents.

Students are constantly in a spiritual tug-of-war—the world wants their talents, but so does God. As a church, we must be diligent in providing opportunities for personal and spiritual growth, helping youth reach their full potential in Christ.

There is no room for half-heartedness in God’s Kingdom. We must encourage our students to strive for excellence, knowing that their talents are given by the One who created them!

Who Can Participate?

Minimum Age: Must be in 6th grade and at least 11 years old by September 1, 2025, to compete in TNT@TNU 2026.

Maximum Age: Participants must be currently attending high school and not have graduated before the school year in which they compete. They must also not have turned 20 before the date of the field event. (Seniors who finish coursework mid-year remain eligible through the current year.)

Top Nazarene Talent 2026

TNT stands for Top Nazarene Talent, an event that brings together over 2,000 Nazarene youth and their church sponsors for special competitive events on Trevecca Nazarene University’s campus in Nashville, TN.

TNT is a year-long program organized by the Southeast Field NYI (Nazarene Youth International). Its purpose is to provide youth with opportunities to develop and dedicate their talents, abilities, and gifts for Jesus Christ.
